DEFINICIÓN El PSA (Prostate-specific antigen) es una glicoproteina (serinproteasa) producida exclusivamente por las células epiteliales de la próstata y en pequeñas cantidades por otras glándulas. Esta glicoproteina normalmente aumenta la movilidad de los espermatozoides.
